8. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Scoop be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, without prior notice. By continuing to use our platform after any changes to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
